History
It begins as a fog... waking up in the forest and then fighting to survive. Thats the first thing he can remember.

He can't remember his childhood [amnesia], but something disturbing happened to him [insomnia] that he just can't remember.

[Contact] found him living in the woods and taught him some tribal survival skills [Outdoors, Stealth, Athletics, Archery, Close Combat, Throwing Wpns] in exchange for some favors. He used Arrow as labor. While doing the work, Arrow picked up some of what [Contact] did [Zoology, Metalurgy, Geology, Parazoology, Botany, "tradional medicine"]. Not long after paying off his debt, [Corp X] found Arrow and sent a squad after him. He narrowly escaped into Seattle and has spent the last year or so keeping a low profile.

While in Seatle, he has paid the bills working on some street weapons [armorer], making small batches of drugs [chemistry], and trying to keep his head down [hiding].
